At Stone and Beige, we want you to love every item you buy, so we know that from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask you get back to us with this decision within 3 days of receiving the product. We must be informed via email BEFORE you send.
Once the return has been approved by Stone and Beige, the product must be received by us within one week from that date or it will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible. Always contact us before returning a product as it will be rejected otherwise — contact us at hello@stoneandbeige.com.
Also please note, if you availed of our Free Shipping Over €50.00 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.
Breakages
Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Personalised or custom order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
