Refund policy

At Stone + Beige, we want you to love every item you buy, so we know that from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask that you get back to us with this decision within 3 days of receiving the product.

We must be informed via email BEFORE you send.

Once the return has been approved by S&B, the product must be received by us within one week from that date or it will not be accepted. All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange or refund will not be possible.

Also please note, if you availed of our Free Shipping Over €50 when placing your order — when you return the order/ part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount. 

Breakages: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of you receiving your order.

We can not take any refunds are exchanges of product purchased online, in our Stores they must go thought the above way of returns.

Click and Collect product will be held in our store in Rathfarnham and can be picked up from Monday to Saturday from 10.30 to 5pm.

We offer 7 day  full refund from the date of purchase, and after that exchange only within 2 weeks, Receipt must be presented. there is only exchange on sale items and discounted product this is for our stand alone stores.
